There is a single sliding door, which can be positioned to the left or the right and can be held in any desired position using the simple lever mechanism. The Venus has standard integral gutters and is equipped with 1 or 2 vents, depending on size. The structure has been strengthened with the inclusion of roof braces. All Venus models have been approved by the TÜV Standards Authority.
Like all VITAVIA greenhouses, the Venus is constructed from anodised aluminium, ensuring clean handling and a pristine finish. Frames are available in natural silver colour or powder-coated green and come with fully illustrated Assembly Instructions.
All are available in either Silver or Green, you can also choose between Horticultural Glass (the traditional glazing option), Toughened Glass (no sharp edges; ideal when young children are around) or twin-wall Polycarbonate Glass (retains heat, diffuses sunlight and reduces risk of scorch. Safe and virtually unbreakable).
It is essential that every greenhouse is built on a firm and level base. Vitavia prefabricated steel bases are available as an accessory for all Vitavia models. Using a Vitavia base will add an extra 12.5cm (5”) to the height of the greenhouse.
