Constructed from tongue and groove cladding fixed to a 27mm x 32mm frame, they are designed to be stable and secure. The 7x7 and 7x8 versions come with a veranda (no veranda on the 7'x5') which is included in the overall measurements. The roof and floor consist of OSB solid sheeting which guarantees stability all year round.

Fully glazed with environmentally friendly Styrene, the fitted windows allow you to relax and keep cool in the summer. The fitted Styrene glazed double doors with matching handles, hinges and lock will provide you with safety throughout the chilly months when your summer house is used less, as well as adding a stylish factor to your garden.

The roof of the summerhouse made from a mineral felt covering which means your roof will last years longer and the risk of damp is significantly lessened.

The summerhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full benefit of the 10 year anti-rot guarantee it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a spirit-based timber preservative, this will protect the timber from weathering.
This shed will arrive flat-packed including all necessary instructions and components, typically it should take 3-5 hours for assembly
