The Leaded Summer Houses are built in a unique, octagonal style. Their shape gives the appearance of a mini pavilion that looks fabulous in any area of a garden.

The tongue and grooved boarded floor and solid sheet roof provide stability and durability to the summer houses and the doors with their lock and key provide safety when required.

The fitted windows are glazed with environmentally friendly Styrene which is a safer alternative to glass. Decorative antique style fixtures such as door handle, lock, key and hinges add the finishing touches to the stylish design as well as provide a safety precaution. Window boxes add an elegant feel. The roof of the summer house incorporates green mineral roof felting which makes your roof last years longer.

These buildings are supplied with complete instructions for an easy assembly. The summerhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full benefit of the 10 year anti-rot guarantee it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a spirit-based timber preservative, this will protect the timber from weathering.
This shed will arrive flat-packed including all necessary instructions and components, typically it should take 4-6 hours for assembly
