The Tulip Tower Playhouse is 7' x 5' is built for fun! It's a beautifully designed playhouse arranged on a split level enabling children to play safely and comfortably for hours on end.

Choose between 2 models, you can select just the Tulip Tower or you can add a slide for extra excitement and enjoyment (toys not included!)

The balcony/veranda area is guarded by a railing to prevent falling and the ladder has sturdy rungs for stability. Safety hinges are fitted on the door to prevent trapped fingers and there are no sharp edges to cut themselves on. The Tower Playhouse is TUV Safety Tested and Approved to BS EN-71certified so is approved to European Toy Safety Standards.

The construction of the Tower Playhouse is strengthened by high quality tongue and grooved timber as well as solid sheet roofing and flooring. 3 windows, glazed with 1.5mm styrene for safety, allow light to flood in to the playhouse itself. The playhouse is finished off by the large watertight Apex roof that is clad in green mineral roofing felt to help it blend in with your garden.

If you decide on the Tower with Slide you can choose which side to put the slide, and the ladder, to suit your garden.

The playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full benefit of the 10 year anti-rot guarantee it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a spirit-based timber preservative, this will protect the timber from weathering and ensure long life.
It's flat packed for easy self-assembly, instructions and all fixings are supplied. Assembly should take 3-5 hours.
