The Bramble Playhouse 6' x 8' with split-level Loft and Play Area is a hugely popular and cleverly designed playhouse that will keep your children happy for hours.

The spacious two story interior has a very sturdy build meaning risk of injury is not an issue. This building has been BS EN71 certified meaning it has been tested by the European Toy Standards for safety of use.

Styrene Glazed windows provide lots of natural light, styrene is a material that is safer and more environmentally friendly than glass. Safety hinges are utilised to prevent little fingers getting trapped and the upstairs section of the building has safety railings to prevent children from falling. The ladder leading up to the second floor has a gentle slope and stable rungs for support.
The front windows have window boxes whilst the upstairs front window also has decorative shutters.

As with any playhouse, especially one with a raised area, children should only use the Bramble Playhouse under adult supervision.

The overall construction of the playhouse is comprised of tongue and grooved cladding and the roof and floor utilise OSB boarding for strength. The roof is completed with Charcoal Grey roofing felt which protects the playhouse from damp helping to prevent wood rot for many years.

It's flat packed for easy self-assembly, instructions and all fixings are supplied. Assembly should take 3-5 hours.
