Free Delivery.
GardenersLife is very happy to deliver to the Island of Ireland at no delivery charge to yourself.

We call upon a number of leading domestic and international delivery and courier companies to ensure that we can package and ship your order securely and speedily to anywhere in the 32 counties.

Delivery to countries or territories other than Ireland may be arranged subject to additional delivery charges, please phone (+353 1 230 4779) or email (info@gardenerslife.ie) for details prior to placing an order.

Placing an Order & Confirmation.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital copy of your invoice. You will also receive a second confirmation email when your order has left our warehouse.

Despatch.
Goods are normally held in various warehouses around Ireland and will usually be despatched in 2 to 5 days from order. Certain items are shipped directly from the supplier or manfacturer and  may take a little longer, please phone (+353 1 230 4779) or email (info@gardenerslife.ie) if you want a more accurate delivery time.
The despatch figure is based upon the availability of the product in our warehouses, supply from the manufacturer, courier used and other factors such as size and weight of the shipment. 

At all times we will endeavour to give you as accurate delivery time as possible, very often we are be able to get your product to you sooner than anticipated. When we ship products directly from the manufacturer availability and lead times can be harder to gauge.

The courier company will attempt to phone you in advance to arrange a delivery time that suits, please put a contactable phone number on your order, preferrably a mobile number. Goods, especially larger items, often cannot be deliverd without prior contact with the delivery company.

The Delivery.
Delivery drivers are only insured for kerb side or driveway delivery and will generally not carry items into or onto your property, this includes rear or side access or through garages.
At the time of delivery you may be required to sign-off on the delivery of the products dependent upon the carrier's requirements.
Deliveries made in your absence will be left in a safe and secure location wherever possible. The liability for the products safety will be at the risk of the customer if delivery is arranged in their absence.
